How much does Sandpiper cost?
$299/month. Right now we're waiving the onboarding fee for a basic setup. There's a minimal token usage fee (SMS, voice minutes, AI tokens) passed through to you at no markup.
Will this work with my current setup?
Google Calendar and Outlook are native and work day one with no extra fee. Jobber, ServiceTitan, HouseCallPro, Salesforce, HubSpot and similar need a custom integration bridge built per your setup, which may require a one-time onboarding fee, scoped on a consult. Email [email protected] if you want us to check your stack first.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays the same. We just have you forward it to us, so the AI picks up when you can't. Customers, Google, and your business cards still see the same number you've always used.
How long does it take to set up?
Setup is standardized and usually live in a few days. Custom integrations add to that depending on scope.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
